Haluk Songur

He graduated from the , International Islamic University Department of Law and Islamic Law in 1992. He received his MA degree in 1995 from Selcuk University, Institute of Social Sciences. He received his PhD in 2001 from Suleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences.
