IKAM ISLAMIC ECONOMICS AWARDS 2022

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Research Center for Islamic Economics (IKAM) is inviting nominations for Islamic Economics Awards 2022. IKAM Islamic Economics Awards are given annually to encourage scientific studies and their application in the field of Islamic Economics. The awards are aimed at encouraging more in-depth studies in the field of Islamic economics and revealing new initiatives for solving existing economic problems, as well as spearhead innovative works in newer dimensions in the discipline.

Scientific studies and research on Islamic economics, pioneering practices in this field, and making both scientific and actual contributions to the field constitute the scope of this award. IKAM Islamic Economics Awards are given under four main categories:

1. The Islamic Economics Research Award: This award is given each year to the individuals or institutions that have carried out original groundbreaking research in the field.

2. The Islamic Economics Application Award: This award is given to innovative applications that make unique contributions to the development of Islamic economics by applying its products and tools in various ways in different areas of life.

3. The Islamic Economics Contribution Award: This award is given to leading individuals or institutions in society for their impactful contributions to the field of Islamic economics.

4. The Islamic Economics Thesis Award: The Islamic Economics Thesis Award was added to the Islamic Economics Awards in 2020. This award is given to young postgraduate researchers who make a considerable contribution to the theoretical dimension of the discipline as well as its practices through their theses.
