The "IKAM Workshops" are featured with discussions on pertinent topics and are attended by leading experts of the field. Experts join their heads together and discuss diverse ideas with an aim to address different issues faced by Islamic Economics discipline. At these meetings which are held periodically, comprehensive discussions take place on contemporary topics which are peculiar to the field. These meetings thus are the starting point for the emergence of new concepts, theories and research / study fields.

In this context, the "Workshop for the Development of the Islamic Economics and Finance Graduate Programs Curriculum" was held in partnership with Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University on 4 March 2017.
