Şakir Görmüş

     Graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Economy in 1993 received his MA from University of Illionis at Urbana- Champaign Departmen of Economy (1997) and his PHd from Oklahama State University with his thesis “Stock Market and Currency Crises in Emerging Economies: A Simultaneous Approach”. He was in charge of Chief of Financial Econometry Department (2012-2015) and President of Islamic Economics and Finance Institution of USA(2014-1017). Between 2016-2017 worked as Member of Board at Central Registry Agency. He has been coordinating some Ministry Projects in addition a mutual project of EU& Turkish Ministry of Interior named “Strengthen NGO and Civil Society Association”.
